Anxiety can be sneaky. It can steal your clarity, peace, and balance, sometimes without you even realizing it’s there. Over time, it may feel like part of who you are. Although removing anxiety may seem like the ideal goal, shaping it to support your wellbeing is a valuable change. Anxiety can motivate you in small doses, keep you connected to your instincts, alert you of potential harms, and increase your levels of empathy and compassion. However, like anything, it’s most beneficial when experienced in moderation. As your potential therapist, I’m here to support you as we work together to help you rebalance your relationship with anxiousness.
