About me!

I hold a degree from Columbia University with a specialization in clinical social work and mental health. Over the years, I have gained valuable experience in domestic violence advocacy, trauma, crisis intervention, and private practice. These experiences greatly enhance my ability to support my clients wholeheartedly.

I am passionate about integrating various techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, grief therapy, and mindfulness into our work together. I believe therapy is a sacred space for women to unfilter themselves, share their deepest feelings and fears, and find a safe space to be authentic. Having a compassionate, nonjudgmental space to debrief and process is essential, especially in a world that often makes that hard to find.

Beyond my work with clients, I share this gentle approach with my beloved dachshund, Olive. She may snuggle on my lap during sessions, and she’s eager to contribute to creating a warm, safe space for you. We look forward to welcoming you.
