Therapy provides a safe space to be completely unfiltered, share your inner thoughts, and explore new coping strategies to navigate your everyday life with greater ease and authenticity. Much of your day may be spent in spaces that don't feel entirely your own, you deserve to establish a safe space to call yours. As your therapist, I aim to utilize activities in session to properly debrief and recenter after a long day of work.
